Bvb8 Terms and Conditions — User Agreement & Policies

Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract for the use of the bvb8.vu website and associated mobile applications ("Platform"). bvb8 ("We", "Our", "Company") is an internationally licensed online gaming operator providing online casino, sports betting, live gaming, and other gaming services.

By accessing or registering on the bvb8 platform, you ("User", "Player", "You") agree to accept all terms of this agreement. This agreement creates a legal obligation between you and bvb8. In addition to this agreement, you also agree to comply with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy. All policies together form the complete agreement between you and bvb8.

Account Register

To use betting or gaming services on the bvb8 platform, you must create a personal account. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you accept all terms of this agreement.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• True Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information will result in account suspension or closure.
• Single account: Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, email, phone number, or IP address.
• Personal Use: Your account is for your personal use only. Allowing others to use it or transferring it is strictly prohibited.
• Identity Verification: bvb8 may request documents (NID, passport, utility bill) for identity verification at any time.

2.2 Registration Rejection

Bvb8 reserves the right to refuse registration or close existing accounts for any reason. If your account is closed, all pending bets will be cancelled and remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

Age & Legal Eligibility

Online gaming is an adult activity and bvb8 is committed to protecting minors. You must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Minimum age 18 years: You must be at least 18 years old to use bvb8.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract according to the laws of your country.
• Geographic Restrictions: You are not accessing from a country or territory where online gaming is prohibited.
• Not a prohibited person: You are not on a self-exclusion list and are not banned by gaming authorities.

Account Security and Responsibility

Maintaining the security of your account is solely your responsibility. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted from your account.

4.1 Password Protection

• Use a strong, unique password that you have not used on other sites.
• Never share your password with anyone and change it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

If you notice unauthorized access to your account or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately. bvb8 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use unless negligence on our part is proven.

4.3 Account Suspension

Bvb8 may suspend or close accounts under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms
• Fraud, deception, or dishonest activities
• Creating multiple accounts
• Failure to verify identity
• Inactivity (12 months or more)

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Bvb8 supports various payment methods that are easy and secure for Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions are protected by SSL encryption and international payment standards (PCI DSS).

5.1 Deposit

• Payment Methods: Mobile banking, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, e-wallets.
• Minimum Deposit: 500 BDT (may vary by payment method).
• Processing Time: Most deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take 1-3 hours.
• Fees: bvb8 does not charge any deposit fees, but payment providers may apply their own fees.

5.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum Withdrawal: 1000 BDT।
• Processing Time: 1-24 hours (subject to KYC verification).
• Verification: Identity verification is required for the first withdrawal. You must submit a copy of your NID/passport and proof of address.
• Same method policy: Withdrawals must generally be made using the same method used for deposit.
• Withdrawal limits: BDT 50,000 daily; BDT 2,00,000 weekly (higher for VIP members).

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Bvb8 strictly adheres to AML policies. All financial transactions are monitored and suspicious activities are reported to authorities. You may only use your own bank account or payment method — third-party payments are not accepted.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game results on the bvb8 platform are governed by the following rules. It is your responsibility to understand and accept these rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

• All bets are final once recorded on bvb8 servers. Screenshots or client-side data are not accepted as evidence.
• Bvb8 reserves the right to refuse or cancel bets for any reason.
• Bets may be declared void in cases of incorrect odds, technical errors, or obvious mistakes.

6.2 Game Fairness

All casino games on bvb8 are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) and regularly audited by third parties (iTech Labs, eCOGRA). RNG ensures that every outcome is completely random and tamper-proof.

6.3 Sports Betting

• All bets are settled according to official results.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be refunded (unless otherwise stated).
• Odds in live betting may change in real time. Odds at the time of bet placement are final.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding game results or bet settlement, bvb8's decision is final. Disputes will be resolved within 7 days of submission. bvb8 server logs and game data are the primary source of evidence.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bvb8 regularly offers bonuses, promotions, and special offers. Each bonus has specific terms stated on the bonus page. General bonus terms:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

• All bonuses have wagering requirements (WR), typically 30x to 50x.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
• Only specific games contribute to bonus wagering. Slots typically 100%, table games 10-20%.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities are considered bonus abuse and may lead to account suspension:

• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts
• Strategic betting (such as opposite bets) to clear bonuses
• Manipulating outside bonus terms

7.3 Bonus Cancellation

Bvb8 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonuses at any time. In case of abuse or violation of terms, bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and legal action:

• Fraud and deception: Providing false information, identity theft, payment fraud.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to cheat or gain unfair advantage.
• Hacking & Software: Use of bots, scripts, automation tools, or software to manipulate the platform.
• Chargeback fraud: Making valid transactions then filing bank chargebacks.
• Money Laundering: Depositing or withdrawing illegal funds.
• Abusive conduct: Threatening, abusing, or harassing other players or staff.

Limitation of Liability

Bvb8 is committed to providing a secure and reliable platform, but we limit liability in the following circumstances:

9.1 Service Availability

Bvb8 strives to provide 24/7 service, but temporary downtime may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or external factors. bvb8 is not liable for such interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

9.2 Data Loss

We regularly back up data, but cannot assume full liability for data loss due to technical failures or cyber attacks. It is your responsibility to regularly check your account history and keep screenshots.

9.3 Third-Party Services

Bvb8 uses third-party game providers and payment processors. bvb8 is not directly liable for errors, delays, or losses caused by these parties. However, we work only with licensed and recognized partners to ensure the highest standards.

9.4 Financial Loss

Online gaming is a risky activity and you may win or lose. bvb8 is not responsible for your betting decisions or losses. Play responsibly and bet only what you can afford to lose.

9.5 Maximum Liability

Under no circumstances shall bvb8's total liability exceed the lesser of your total deposits in the last 3 months or BDT 10,000. bvb8 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages.

Agreement Amendment and Changes

Bvb8 reserves the right to amend, update, or change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the platform as soon as they take effect.

10.1 Notification

• Minor changes: Will be posted on the website, email notification may not be sent.
• Significant changes: Notification will be sent to registered email and must be accepted at login.
• The date of the last update will be stated at the top of the document.

10.2 Acceptance of Changes

Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement and the relationship between you and bvb8 shall be governed by international gaming law. The laws of your local country may also apply.

Dispute Resolution Process

3. Arbitration: If unresolved, the dispute will be settled through an independent arbitrator.
